BANKEDGE – Academy of Banking & Finance is looking for an Academic Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career-oriented programs and support them throughout the admission process.

The candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable speaking with students and parents, and able to handle enquiries and follow-ups professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding BANKEDGE courses and career prospects.
Handle enquiries received through calls, website, social media and walk-ins.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Make outbound calls and follow up with interested students.
Explain course details, fees, eligibility and admission process.
Convert enquiries and leads into admissions.
Maintain and regularly update student details in the CRM.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
