QBay Career is looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer / Creative Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design and be comfortable creating engaging content for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.

Candidates with knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or basic video editing will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Create posters, banners, social media posts, flyers, and marketing creatives.
Design creative content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
Create branding and promotional materials.
Maintain consistency in the company's visual style.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative ideas.
Create basic animations or motion graphics when required.
Edit short videos and reels for social media.

Requirements




1+ year of experience in Graphic Design.
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
Experience with Canva, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Positive understanding of social media design and visual trends.
Creative mindset with positive attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Added Advantage
Knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
Basic video editing skills.
Experience creating Instagram Reels and social media content.
Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
