Job Responsibilities:
Welcome hotel and restaurant guests with a warm and friendly smile.
Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with their requirements.
Ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience throughout their visit.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B; teams to provide excellent service.
Maintain a positive and skilled appearance at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
