Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to teach Grades 9–12. The successful candidate will demonstrate solid subject expertise and the ability to make Physics engaging through practical demonstrations, problem-solving, experiments, and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons for Grades 9–12.
Teach fundamental and advanced Physics concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and assessments.
Conduct practical demonstrations and laboratory activities safely and effectively.
Help students develop robust numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Prepare students for school examinations and competitive examinations where applicable.
Assess student performance and provide timely, constructive feedback.
Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Maintain accurate academic and assessment records.
Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school activities and professional development programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
Previous teaching experience with Grades 9–12 preferred.
Strong knowledge of Physics concepts and practical applications.
Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
Ability to use technology and innovative teaching methods effectively.
Passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve strong academic results.
