Key Responsibilities
Chain of Title: Research and verify current and historical ownership of properties, often tracing records back 30 to 40 years or more.
Document Review: Analyze deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and tax records from county or online databases.
Tax and Lien Search: Check county and city tax statuses, municipal liens, and unpaid public dues.
Defect Identification: Spot title exceptions, encumbrances, or legal disputes that could affect property ownership.
Report Preparation: Compile findings into an accurate title search report or abstract of title for clients and underwriters
Should have Netronline experience and should have working experience into Full Search , Current Owner Search
Should be versatile working in the night shift , office .
Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
