Job Description

DanMark Media is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow e-commerce operations for our clients and their online stores.

The candidate will be responsible for managing online stores, product listings, orders, inventory coordination, marketplace operations and overall e-commerce performance.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for client stores.
Manage and update Shopify and other e-commerce websites.
Create and maintain product listings, descriptions, images and pricing.
Manage product collections, categories and website content.
Monitor orders, inventory and product availability.
Coordinate with clients regarding products, pricing, promotions and inventory.
Manage marketplace listings and operations where required.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.
Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for product promotions.




Assist with online promotions, offers and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor competitors, product pricing and market trends.
Ensure product information and website content are accurate and updated.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete e-commerce tasks on time.

Requirements
Valuable understanding of e-commerce operations.
Experience with Shopify is preferred.
Knowledge of online marketplaces is an advantage.
Valuable understanding of product listings and website management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn new e-commerce platforms and tools.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, product listing, online store management or e-commerce operations will be preferred.

Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
