Position: Service Technician

Company: R.D. Electricals (Authorized Service Center)

Location: Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad

Job Responsibilities
Visit customer locations to inspect and repair home appliances.
Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently.
Install, service, and maintain electrical appliances.
Explain the repair work and basic product usage to customers.
Complete service reports and update job status on time.
Maintain proper tools and follow company safety guidelines.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Required Qualifications
ITI (Electrician/Electronics) or equivalent qualification preferred.
Freshers and experienced technicians are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and home appliances.




Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
