Job Title: Metal Issue Executive

We are looking for a Metal Issue Executive with experience in the jewelry industry. The candidate will be responsible for issuing gold/metal to production departments, maintaining accurate issue records, and ensuring proper stock reconciliation.
Issue gold and other precious metals to respective production departments as per authorized requirements.
Maintain accurate records of daily metal issuance, receipts, returns, and transfers.
Ensure proper authorization and acknowledgment for every metal transaction.
Monitor department-wise metal balances and outstanding quantities.
Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Stores, and other departments for smooth metal movement.
Casting In & Out
Should be able to work in central
Maintain proper records of metal issued against job cards, orders, or production requirements.
Track metal consumption, recovery, wastage, and pending balances from different departments.
Conduct regular reconciliation of physical metal stock with system records.




Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or excess metal immediately to the concerned management.
Ensure timely collection and recording of unused or returned metal from production departments.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all metal-related transactions.
Support periodic stock audits and physical verification.
Ensure strict compliance with internal control procedures, security policies, and company protocols for handling precious metals.
Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure timely closure of pending metal balances.

Requirements:
Experience in the jewellery industry preferred
Knowledge of metal issue and inventory management
Basic computer skills
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
