We're hiring a smart, honest, and hardworking Business Development Executive to generate business having outstanding experience with Upwork and similar freelancing platforms, on a long-term basis.

Please note this will be a work-from-home opportunity, and a reliable computer/laptop and internet/wifi connection will be required.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through online platforms and industry databases.
Proposal Preparation: Assist in creating and delivering proposals, presentations, and other business documents using MS Office and Excel.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Data Management: Maintain and update client information and sales data in our CRM system.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed, including scheduling meetings and organizing follow-ups.

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding (mandatory)
Excellent written English communication (mandatory)
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Own a reliable computer/laptop with high-speed internet
Self-disciplined, target-oriented, and available for long-term commitment
