Tele Sales Executive – Interior Company

Location: Kadugodi, Whitefield, Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities
Call and follow up with recent and existing leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain our interior services.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Maintain customer records and update lead status in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the design and sales teams for smooth client communication.
Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in telesales or telecalling is preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
Incentives: ₹2,000–₹5,000 for every lead converted into a confirmed project.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
