Job Summary

Goodwind Technologies Private Limited is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, handling client visits, and achieving assigned sales targets.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or Client Relationship Management who are willing to travel for client meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Conduct client visits and develop strong customer relationships.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
Present company products/services to potential clients.
Negotiate with customers and support the conversion of leads into business.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Identify new markets, customers, and business prospects.




Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and potential clients.
Maintain client visit records, sales activity reports, and lead status.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and order follow-up.
Provide regular updates to the management regarding sales activities and business development progress.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or related roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel for maintaining reports.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
