This is a full time position of Area Sales Manager for our Brand "HEIM"
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the assigned territory.
Identify and prospect potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Lead a team of Sales Executives and provide coaching, training, and guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Ensure proper product knowledge and training for the sales team.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Travel within the territory to meet customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
