Job Summary

Foodsure is looking for a Store & Purchase Executive to manage procurement, inventory control, vendor coordination, and day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in purchase and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store and inventory operations, including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
Source materials from reliable vendors and obtain competitive quotations.
Compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and follow up on pending orders and deliveries.
Verify received materials against POs, invoices, and delivery documents.
Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, GRNs, invoices, and material movement.




Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Coordinate with Accounts and internal departments regarding purchase and payment-related matters.
Handle material shortages, damages, replacements, and vendor-related issues.
Prepare regular reports related to procurement, inventory, and pending orders.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Purchase, Store & Inventory Management.
Robust vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management software is an advantage.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates with a degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related field will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Store, Purchase, Procurement, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management.
