Planning Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to manage project planning and execution tracking across the full construction lifecycle — from excavation through to handover. The role requires close coordination with contractors and consultants, and a strong technical grasp of construction processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project plans covering all stages of construction, from excavation to handover.
Monitor and maintain an ongoing record of site activities.
Ensure that planned activities are implemented within scheduled timelines.
Serve as the single point of contact for coordination between contractors and consultants.




Read and interpret construction drawings, and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Apply an in-depth understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes to planning and execution.

Requirements
2–4 years of relevant experience as a Planning Engineer in real estate or construction projects.
Solid understanding of civil engineering fundamentals and on-site construction processes.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and analyzing BOQs.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Proficient with computers and relevant planning/reporting tools.
