We're looking for a skilled Barista to join our premium cafe team! You'll craft specialty coffees, create beautiful drinks, and provide top-notch customer service. Think latte art, outstanding vibes, and making customers happy.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) Cold drinks, Frappes etc.
Maintain cafe cleanliness, equipment, and stock levels
Provide exceptional customer service (recommendations, engagement)
Work efficiently during peak hours and manage cash transactions
Collaborate with team for smooth service and events
Upsell and promote cafe offerings

Must-haves:
1+ year barista experience (premium cafe preferred)
Knowledge of coffee brewing, milk texturing, and latte art




Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
Able to work shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)

Nice-to-haves:
Specialty coffee certifications (SCA, etc.)
Basic knowledge of food pairing with coffee
