About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer – Civil to join our construction team and support the execution of high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to high-rise construction and Mivan Shuttering.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor work progress as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Assist in Mivan Shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities.
Ensure work is executed as per required quality and safety standards.
Check measurements and maintain basic site records and reports.
Identify and report site issues to the senior engineering team.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–2 years of relevant experience in construction.
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Projects.




Hands-on knowledge of Mivan Shuttering is preferred/required.
Valuable understanding of basic construction practices and site execution.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites in Bangalore.
Immediate joiners / candidates with 15 days' notice preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
