Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US customers regarding healthcare products and services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions in the system.
Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines for US healthcare processes.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and support team when required.
Required Skills
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in night shifts.
Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement capability.
Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or US healthcare sales is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
Freshers can apply.




Experienced candidates in international BPO or healthcare sales will have added advantage.
