About Us:
Solokrafts Industries is a Chennai-based manufacturer of hospital furniture and medical equipment since 1986, marketed under the KRAFT brand. We're looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our dealer network and drive institutional/hospital sales across South India.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard recent dealers, hospitals, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory
Conduct regular field visits to promote KRAFT's hospital bed, furniture, and equipment range
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing dealer network
Support tender and bulk-order inquiries by liaising with hospitals and procurement teams
Track competitor products, pricing, and regional market trends
Coordinate with the internal sales, dispatch, and support teams for order fulfillment
Maintain visit reports, sales pipeline, and customer data (Excel/CRM)





Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (any stream)
1+ years of field sales experience, preferably in medical equipment, furniture, or B2B/institutional sales
Robust communication and negotiation skills; comfortable dealing with hospital administrators and dealers
Willingness to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu / South India
Fluency in Tamil and working proficiency in English
