Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and available offers.
Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives for customers.
Generate current leads through referrals, follow-ups, networking, and other sales activities.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and sales.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Keep updated on current vehicle models, features, competitors, and market trends.
