Telecaller – Job Description Requirements: -

Hospital experience is mandatory/preferred. - Previous telecalling experience is required. - Positive communication and interpersonal skills. -

Ability to communicate professionally with patients and their attendants. -

Ability to handle patient enquiries and follow-up calls effectively. -

Willingness and ability to work rotational shifts.

Positive attitude, patience, and valuable customer-service skills. -

Basic computer knowledge
