K Realtors is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, generating leads, and supporting our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain property details, projects, offers, and payment plans to customers.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.

Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Build valuable relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.





Malayalam and English proficiency required.

Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
