What You’ll Do?
Handle customer queries & escalations with professionalism
Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify customer needs and provide quick, effective solutions
Help reduce churn and build customer loyalty
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
What We’re Looking For?
Minimum 1 year experience working in a call centre / bpo
Good communication skills
Calm, patient, and solution-focused attitude
