We are looking for a reliable Field & Maintenance Assistant based in or around Hoskote.

Responsibilities:
Visit government offices, banks and other offices for document submission and follow-up.
Visit properties/sites and supervise maintenance and repair work.
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters and technicians.
Purchase electrical, plumbing, hardware and other materials.
Handle local errands and document/material pickup and delivery.
Take photos/videos and send updates through WhatsApp.
Maintain bills and receipts.
Handle basic electrical/plumbing work when possible.

Requirements:
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
Kannada speaking mandatory.
Preferably based in Hoskote or nearby.
Basic English communication preferred.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps and smartphone apps.
Basic electrical/plumbing/maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
Should be punctual, trustworthy and able to work independently.




Willing to travel within Hoskote and occasionally other parts of Bangalore.

Work Style:
Should be responsible, practical and able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.

Initial Period: 1-month trial period.

Pay: ₹160,837.33 - ₹200,003.84 per year
