Performance Marketing Role.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years

Location - Lavelle Road, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising: End-to-end management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp Business API, and YouTube.
Lead Generation: Generate and optimise leads for our tele-sales and field-sales teams. Our model is online marketing → tele-sales → field sales, rather than direct e-commerce.
Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including content calendars, posting, engagement, and basic channel growth.
Basic IT Support: Handle basic troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues, internal tools, accounts, and related requirements.
Website & SEO: Manage website updates, SEO optimisation, and basic technical changes. WordPress experience preferred, along with knowledge of on-page SEO, meta tags, keyword optimisation, etc.
Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards, analyse campaigns, and track ROI and key performance metrics.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
