Job Summary

We are hiring Tele callers for our real estate team. The role involves calling customers from company-provided leads, explaining our real estate projects, understanding customer requirements, and following up with interested customers.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Make calls to leads provided by the company.
Speak with potential customers and understand their requirements.
Explain basic details about our real estate projects.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update lead and customer information regularly.
Record call status, customer requirements, and follow-up details in the company's CRM/data system.




Identify interested customers and schedule site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Meet daily and weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
Basic Hindi/Punjabi communication is required.
Basic English communication will be an advantage.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in tele calling, sales, customer service, or real estate will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
