Job Title: Sales Telecaller
Department: Sales & Business Development
Job Type: Full time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding company products, courses, and services.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information or solutions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and prospective customers.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Update the daily calling sheet and CRM/database regularly.
Prepare and submit a daily sales/calling report to the Team Head.
Coordinate with the sales team and Team Head regarding leads and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.




Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable Hindi communication; basic English communication is preferred.
Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Freshers can also apply; relevant telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
