Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or other communication channels.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.
Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and performance targets.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
