Manage day-to-day mining operations to meet production targets for Underground Operations.
Plan, supervise, and optimize drilling, blasting, excavation, and crusher operations.
Ensure compliance with all mining laws, safety standards, and statutory obligations DGMS, IBM, MOEF etc.
Lead a team of mining engineers, supervisors, and operators to achieve production goals.
Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures.
Maintain records and reports as per Mines Act and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
Coordinate with planning and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment utilization.
Liaise with local authorities, government agencies, and internal departments as required.
Report production status, challenges, and improvements to senior management in which HEMM is deployed.
Positive with MS word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
Worked with Autocad 2D.
Worked with GEOVIA Surpac Software.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
