Oracle Fusion Developer

Candidate Experience – 7 to 10 years

Cross-Module Awareness: Strong functional understanding of how Payroll integrates with Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Perks.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, configure, and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll processes, including elements, balances, rapid formulas, and payroll definitions specific to banking payroll structures.

· Build and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion Payroll and Finacle (core banking system) for salary disbursement, employee loan and advance postings, and account-level validations.

· Develop and support Payroll-to-Accounts Payable (AP) integrations for statutory remittances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), vendor and insurance payments, and payroll-related GL postings.

· Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher (BIP) to build reliable inbound/outbound interfaces (file, REST/SOAP, and batch-based).

· Own functional and technical design documentation for interfaces, including mapping specifications, error-handling logic, and reconciliation rules.

· Lead or support SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, and payroll parallel-run validation ahead of go-live.

· Coordinate with core banking,



finance, and compliance teams to ensure integrations meet banking regulatory and audit requirements.

· Provide hypercare and steady-state support post go-live, including issue resolution and enhancement delivery.

Mandatory / Must-Have Skills

· 7–10 years of overall Oracle HCM/Payroll experience, with substantial hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementation and support experience.

· Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Payroll with core banking platforms — Finacle experience is a strong differentiator.

· Hands-on experience integrating payroll with Accounts Payable / GL for disbursements, statutory remittances, and vendor payments.

· Robust command of Fast Formulas, Payroll Interface, Elements & Balances, and payroll costing/GL setup within Oracle Fusion.

· Working proficiency in integration tooling: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP).

· Comfortable with REST/SOAP web services, file-based (SFTP) integration patterns, and XML/JSON/flat-file data mapping.

· Prior experience in the banking or BFSI sector,

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
