POSITION DESCRIPTION

Karma Experience is looking for a driven Lead Gen Specialist to own end-to-end lead generation through vendor partnerships and active field engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable being out in the field, building relationships with vendors and channel partners, and consistently generating a healthy pipeline of qualified leads. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and enjoys the hustle of on-ground sales and networking.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, partner, and maintain relationships with multiple vendors and channel partners to create consistent lead-generation pipelines.
Generate leads directly through field visits and on-ground networking.
Conduct regular vendor visits to strengthen partnerships and unlock recent lead sources.
Coordinate with the CRM team to hand off all generated leads smoothly.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Represent Karma Experience professionally during all vendor and field interactions.




Share regular field reports and market feedback with the reporting manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, lead generation, or a similar on-ground business development role.
Proven ability to build and manage vendor or partner relationships.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to engage vendors and prospects effectively.
Proficient in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and smartphone-based reporting tools for tracking leads.
Comfortable with extensive field travel and daily on-ground work.
Prior experience in sales, real estate, vendor-partnership-driven industries is a plus.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
