Field Marketing Executive – R Saloons & Spa

Responsible for promoting R Saloons & Spa and onboarding salons, spas, wellness centers, and personal-care businesses onto the platform. The role involves field visits, lead generation, partner onboarding, relationship management, local marketing activities, and achieving monthly acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit and onboard salons, spas, wellness centers, and personal-care businesses.
Generate leads and convert them into active partners.
Explain R Saloons’ app, services, benefits, and business model.
Build and maintain robust relationships with business owners and managers.
Conduct local marketing campaigns, promotions, and field activations.
Follow up with prospects and maintain lead pipelines.
Maintain daily field activity and onboarding reports.
Achieve monthly onboarding and marketing targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




Basic knowledge of digital marketing and mobile applications.
Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu is preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Experience Requirements:
1–6+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or partner acquisition.
Experience in salon, spa, beauty, wellness, personal care, hospitality, or marketplace businesses is an advantage.
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also be considered.
Candidates should have a proven ability to generate leads, onboard partners, and achieve targets.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000–₹32,000 in-hand per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
