Nextgen IT Solutions is expanding our team and looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, customer interaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through calls, WhatsApp, online platforms, references, and other channels
Contact potential customers and understand their IT requirements
Promote and sell laptops, desktops, computer hardware, accessories, and IT services
Follow up with leads and enquiries regularly
Build solid and long-term relationships with customers
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team when required
Negotiate with customers and successfully close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Identify new customers and explore current business opportunities
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and positive personality
Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills
Passion for sales and business development
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Good follow-up and convincing ability
Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, hardware, or IT services is an advantage
Previous sales experience is preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply
