Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads (Google AdWords) campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of paid search advertising, campaign optimization, keyword research, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Handle Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads campaigns as required.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Create and optimize ad copies, keywords, bidding strategies, and targeting.
Monitor campaign performance, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Manage and optimize daily/monthly Google Ads budgets.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign goals.
Analyze Google Ads reports and prepare performance insights.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, keywords, landing pages,



and bidding strategies.
Stay updated with Google Ads policies, features, and industry trends.

Requirements
1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Google AdWords.
Robust understanding of Google Search Ads and keyword targeting.
Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets.
Good knowledge of CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, Quality Score, and ROAS.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager will be an advantage.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage Google Ads campaigns and deliver performance results.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
