Installation and commissioning of Laser Marking, Laser Cutting, Laser Welding, and CO2 Laser Machines at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related machine issues.
Provide machine demonstrations and operator training to customers.
Handle preventive maintenance and breakdown service visits.
Support customers through phone, video call, and in office service.
Maintain service reports and visit documentation.
Coordinate with the technical and sales team for customer support.
Travel anywhere in India for machine installation and service support.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and skilled communication.
Maintain tools, spare parts, and service records properly.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
