Educational Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Hindi, Public Relations, Communications, Literature, or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of qualified experience in content writing, editing, journalism, communications, media, public relations, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Solid ability to write, edit and proofread content for newspapers, magazines, websites, social media and institutional publications.
Experience in developing content for departmental promotions, awareness campaigns, public outreach and digital communication initiatives.
Robust understanding of grammar, language, tone, storytelling and audience-oriented communication.
Experience in content research, fact-checking and proofreading.
Candidates with experience in Government/PSU/NGO/Healthcare/Education/Skill Development projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Write, edit and proofread content in Hindi and English for various communication channels.
Develop content for newspapers, magazines, newsletters, websites, social media and promotional materials.
Prepare press releases, articles, features, success stories,



case studies and institutional communications.
Develop content for departmental campaigns, promotional activities and public awareness initiatives.
Coordinate with the Social Media Consultant, Graphic Designer and Program Manager for integrated communication campaigns.
Research and gather information from project teams and convert it into clear, engaging and impactful content.
Ensure accuracy, consistency and appropriate tone across all communication materials.
Proofread and edit content before publication.
Maintain an organised content calendar and support timely publication of communication materials.

Portfolio / Writing Samples

Candidates should preferably submit writing samples, published articles, newspaper/magazine contributions, or a portfolio of previous work along with their CV.
