Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced VMC Setter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in setting and operating FANUC-controlled VMC machines.
Key Responsibilities
Set and operate FANUC-controlled VMC machines.
Perform tool setting, work offset setting, and tool offset adjustments.
Load and unload components and ensure proper machine setup.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
Monitor machining parameters and maintain required quality standards.
Perform basic troubleshooting and make necessary offset corrections.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality.
Follow safety procedures and maintain machine cleanliness.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a VMC Setter.
Hands-on experience with FANUC CNC controls.
Positive knowledge of tool setting and offset adjustments.
Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code is preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
