Account Executive – Logistics Industry

Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in accounting operations. Candidates who have previously worked in a Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding or Courier company will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions.
Manage sales and purchase invoices, billing and documentation.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Handle GST, TDS and other routine accounting activities.
Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain records.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding billing and accounts.
Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Account Executive / Accountant.
Logistics / Transportation company experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing and reconciliation.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Graduate in Commerce / B.Com preferred.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates currently or previously working as an Account Executive in a Logistics, Transport, Freight Forwarding, Courier or similar company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
