Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explain products or services and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products or services and address customer questions.
Generate leads and convert calls into sales or appointments where applicable.
Update call outcomes and customer details in the system.
Follow up with interested prospects as per schedule.




Meet daily call volume and conversion targets.
Maintain a polite and qualified tone on every call.

Requirements
12th pass/Any Graduate; freshers may apply.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil; basic English or Hindi is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
Confident telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
Target-oriented approach with the ability to handle rejection positively.
Willingness to work in a fixed-shift, office-based role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
