Experience: 8+ Years
Salary- 1.25lac-(Inhand)-(per Month)-15lac-(PA)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead new product development from concept to launch.
Coordinate with R&D;, Marketing and Production teams.
Ensure product quality meets client, international and regulatory standards.
Track product development timelines and projects.
Research international market trends and develop creative products.

Desired Profile:
8+ years of relevant FMCG/Product Development experience.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Creative, dynamic and result-oriented.
International market exposure preferred.
FMCG/Perfumery industry experience preferred.
