Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns focused on e-commerce sales.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
Identify high-performing products, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
Work with the content and creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
Monitor the complete customer journey from ad → product page → checkout → purchase.
Identify opportunities to reduce abandoned carts and improve conversion rates.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to the Marketing Head.
Track competitor advertising strategies, offers, creatives, and positioning.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns with performance marketing strategies.
Coordinate with the e-commerce team to ensure campaigns, offers, landing pages,



and product availability are aligned.
Continuously test new audiences, creatives, platforms, and acquisition strategies.

What We're Looking For
1 – 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, paid media, or e-commerce marketing.
Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
Understanding of e-commerce marketing and conversion funnels.
Basic understanding of Google Ads will be an advantage.
Ability to analyse campaign data and make decisions based on performance.
Understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, and CAC.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work closely with content and creative teams.
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
Experience with consumer electronics, D2C, or online retail brands will be preferred
