Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous service.
Coordinate between service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
Lead and train service staff on menu knowledge and service standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, table setup, and brand standards.
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality service.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Well-groomed, qualified, and guest-focused.
POS knowledge preferred.
