As a Fashion Consultant you will responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by providing personalized styling advice, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards. The role requires robust fashion awareness, customer engagement skills, and a passion for retail.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable outfits and accessories
Provide personalized styling advice based on current trends and brand collections
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines
Stay updated on latest fashion trends, promotions, and product knowledge
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively





Key Requirements
Minimum 1.5 –3 years of experience in retail/fashion (freshers with strong interest can apply)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fashion and styling
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of fashion trends and styling techniques
Sales-driven attitude
Grooming and presentation skills
Basic understanding of retail KPIs

Compensation
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Take-home)
Incentives: Performance-based
