Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing/Sales Assistant Manager or Manager to drive admissions, lead generation, marketing activities, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive admission and sales targets.
Plan and execute marketing & outreach strategies.
Manage lead generation and conversion.
Coordinate with counsellors and marketing teams.
Develop relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and education partners.
Organize promotional activities, events and campaigns.
Track performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in Education/Ed-Tech/Schools/Colleges.
Solid communication, negotiation and team-handling skills.




Target-oriented with solid focus on admissions and conversions.
Experience in school/college admissions or Ed-Tech sales preferred.
Knowledge of digital & offline marketing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
