Programming: Write and edit 2D and 3D machining programs manually or using CAM software.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read technical drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;) symbols, and CAD models.
Machine Setup: Load raw materials, set up cutting tools, define work coordinates, and run test cycles.
Optimization: Fine-tune feed rates, cutting speeds, and coolant flows to reduce cycle times and improve tool life.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers.
Troubleshooting: Debug code errors, adjust tool offsets, and correct machining discrepancies on the shop floor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
