In this role, you will work closely with customers to deliver exceptional post-sales support, drive product adoption, and ensure successful implementation of our solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Post Sales AE (SolidWorks Application Engineer) at BEACON India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support throughout the post-sales process. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and ensure successful adoption and utilization of SOLIDWORKS solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:




Providing technical support on SOLIDWORKS and associated solutions to customers after the sale, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and ensuring smooth usage and customer satisfaction.
Delivering product demonstrations, user guidance, and basic training to help customers effectively implement and maximize the value of SOLIDWORKS in their design workflows.
Building and maintaining robust relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for SOLIDWORKS applications, and supporting them in achieving their engineering and business objectives.
Collaborating with internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless handover and continued engagement with customers.
Staying updated with the latest SOLIDWORKS features, industry trends, and competitive tools to continuously enhance customer experience and solution delivery.
PDM & PLM knowledge is preferred.
