Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine electrical inspection and maintenance of the building.
Repair and maintain lighting, switches, sockets, fans, and electrical appliances.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
Maintain MCBs, DBs, distribution panels, and electrical wiring.
Check electrical connections, voltage, current, and load conditions.
Replace damaged switches, sockets, cables, lights, and other components.
Attend daily electrical complaints and maintenance requests.
Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of building electrical systems.
Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of MCB, DB, wiring, lighting, and electrical panels.
Ability to use electrical testing tools safely.Qualification

ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in building, commercial property, facility management, hotel, mall, office, or residential maintenance preferred.
