Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide explicit information about available tuition courses.
Build relationships with parents and students and maintain regular follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Handle customer queries, objections, and rejection professionally.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the team for smooth customer service.
Prepare and submit regular sales updates and reports.

Requirements
Qualification: +2 / Bachelor’s Degree
Age : 20- 35

Training & Salary
Free Training Period: 3 months
During the training period, candidates will receive attractive commission opportunities based on their performance.
Post-Training Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Additional Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives will be provided along with the monthly salary.
Commission and incentives are based on performance and company policy.
