About the Role

Flowmode Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic and presentable Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact confidently with prospective and existing gym members.

Freshers who are passionate about sales, fitness, and customer interaction are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from prospective gym members and convert leads into memberships.
Explain gym memberships, packages, facilities, and offers to potential customers.
Conduct follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective members.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Update daily sales and lead information in Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with the fitness and front-desk teams to ensure a smooth member experience.




Assist in promotional activities and membership campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service and address basic customer queries professionally.

Good communication skills with strong spoken English.
Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
Presentable personality with a qualified attitude.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Candidates with prior experience in sales, gym/fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage.
