We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably with exposure to international business, freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, EXIM, or export-import operations.

The role will be responsible for managing international accounting, taxation, financial transactions, compliance, reporting, and financial operations while supporting global business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions for domestic and international business operations.
Handle GST on international transactions, export GST, LUT, refunds, and related compliance.
Manage foreign currency transactions, international payments, dollar payments, and overseas vendor payments.
Handle payments and reconciliations related to shipping lines, overseas agents, vendors, and business partners.
Manage invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Support EXIM-related accounting and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, reconciliations, and management reports.




Support internal and statutory audits.
Assist with budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario planning.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate financial controls and reporting.
Apply knowledge of Incoterms and international trade transactions where relevant.

Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in international accounting, international taxation, foreign currency transactions, or EXIM will be preferred.
Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, EXIM, International Trade, or Export-Import operations will be an added advantage.
Robust knowledge of GST, Export GST, and taxation related to international transactions.
Valuable understanding of foreign exchange transactions and international payments.
Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
Solid skills in financial management, audit, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
