Apex Worldwide Visa Services is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and target-driven Marketing

Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in lead generation, promoting our visa

and immigration services (including Study, Work, Tourist, and PR visas), handling client inquiries, and

converting prospective leads into active enrollments.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, digital

networks, referrals, and field outreach to generate quality leads.

Client Counseling & Pitching: Present and explain diverse visa pathways (Work Permits, Study

Visas, Tourist Visas, and PR) to prospective clients and address queries effectively.

Lead Conversion: Perform consistent, structured follow-ups with interested clients to successfully

achieve monthly conversion targets.

Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor local promotional activities and Below-the-Line

(BTL) marketing initiatives to boost walk-in traffic.

Brand Presence: Coordinate and support online and offline marketing campaigns to increase

corporate visibility and market reach.

Reporting & Documentation:



Maintain meticulous daily call logs, status trackers, and pipeline

reports for routine administrative and management reviews.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a

related field.

Experience: 1 to 2 years in marketing, sales, or business development (Freshers with exceptional

communication skills are welcome).

Key Skills:

Robust persuasive, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English and local languages.
Basic familiarity with global immigration, study abroad, or visa processing is preferred.

Self-motivated with a robust result-oriented approach.

Salary: Competitive fixed monthly payout (₹20,000 – ₹25,000).
